Professionalism- Section A 'a personal development plan'

PA:
Domain: Professionalism
GDS01 Competency:
A. To have an up to date Personal Development Plan (PDP) indicating professional aims and objectives and anticipated training needs for the next 12 months.

Each deanery will have their own section with their own spin on a PDP.  The GDC recommends that every dentist has their own written and contemporary PDP.
I have included an example here below- but you could find more information on the individual Faculty/Deanery websites...
